Are your pieces handmade?

Yes. Every piece is thoughtfully crafted by hand, making each one unique. Variations in form, glaze, and surface detail are a natural part of the handmade process and contribute to the character of the work.

Do you accept custom orders?

At this time, I am focusing on small collections and limited releases. I occasionally accept custom work, but availability is limited

When will my order ship?

Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Preorder items will include an estimated production timeline in the product listing.

What is a preorder?

A preorder allows you to reserve a piece before it has been made. Production begins after the preorder closes, and estimated shipping timelines will be listed on the product page.

Are your ceramics food safe?

Yes. Functional pieces are made with food-safe materials unless otherwise noted.

Can ceramic herb markers be used outdoors?

Yes. Herb markers are designed for outdoor use and can be enjoyed season after season.

Do you offer local pickup?

Local pickup may be available for customers in the Oklahoma City area. Please contact me for details.

What if my order arrives damaged?

While every effort is made to package pieces safely for shipping, accidents can occasionally happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and damaged piece so I can help resolve the issue.
