Shipping policy
Callie Rene Ceramics ships within the United States only. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
USPS Ground Advantage: Estimated delivery 2–5 business days after shipment. USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery 1–3 business days after shipment.
Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Preorder items ship in approximately 6 weeks from the order date.
Local Pickup: Local pickup is available by appointment-contact us to schedule.
Damaged Items
Every order is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at calliereneceramics@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
I'll review each situation individually and do my best to make it right.
Lost or Missing Packages
All orders are shipped with tracking to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.
If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact me and I will work with the shipping carrier to help locate the package or file a claim when applicable.
Callie Rene Ceramics is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Because many pieces are one of a kind, exact replacements may not be available.
