Returns & Exchanges

All sales of ready-to-ship items are final. Because each piece is handmade and one of a kind, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Please read each product description carefully before purchasing, and review all photos, as they are considered part of the item description. If you have any questions before placing your order, I'm always happy to provide additional photos or information.

Damaged Items

Every order is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at calliereneceramics@gmail.com  with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging

I'll review each situation individually and do my best to make it right.

Handmade Nature of My Work

Each piece is made by hand in my studio. Variations in glaze, color, carving, and form are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects. These variations are what make every piece unique.

Preorders

Preorder items are non-refundable once production has begun. If you need to cancel a preorder, please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order.
