Returns & Refunds

Every piece is made slowly by hand in my studio. Because each item is individually thrown, carved, glazed, and finished, no two pieces are exactly alike. Variations in shape, glaze, color, and surface are a natural part of the handmade process and are part of what makes each piece unique.

For this reason, all sales are final, and I do not accept returns or exchanges.

I encourage you to read each product description carefully before purchasing.  Please review all photographs carefully, as they are considered part of the item description. If you have questions about a piece, I'd be happy to provide additional photos, measurements, or details to help you make an informed decision.

Damaged Items

Every order is carefully packaged to arrive safely. If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at hello@calliereneceramics.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the damage
  • Clear photographs of both the damaged item and the packaging

Each situation will be reviewed individually, and I'll work with you to find a fair solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement (when available), shop credit, or a refund.

Please Note

The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • Natural variations in glaze, color, texture, carving, or form
  • Slight differences between photographs and the finished piece due to lighting or screen settings
  • The handmade characteristics that make each piece one of a kind
  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidental breakage, or improper care after delivery
  • Requests made more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled, as they may already be carefully packed or prepared for shipment.
